Copyright Policy
Archives of Operative Medicine (AOM) is an open-access journal committed to the free dissemination of scholarly knowledge. All content published in the journal is protected under copyright law while enabling liberal re-use under an open license model.
Author Copyright
Authors retain the copyright of their work upon publication. By submitting a manuscript to AOM and upon acceptance, authors agree to grant the journal the non-exclusive right to publish, distribute, and archive the article in all formats and media.
This means:
- Authors may reuse their published content for academic, educational, or non-commercial purposes without seeking further permission.
- Authors may deposit the final published version in institutional repositories or personal websites, with appropriate citation and link to the journal.
License to Publish
All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. This license allows others to:

Third-Party Material

Plagiarism and Misuse
Unauthorized use of published content without proper attribution, or any misuse of copyrighted material, will be considered a violation of this policy and may lead to legal or disciplinary action.
